At Lewis Nutrition and weight management, we offer a variety of nutritional advice packages. Every consultation takes place in person, face to face or via Skype, FaceTime and Microsoft Teams. Each consultation is 100% confidential, if you require more information then please get in touch.

Initial
Consultation

A free of charge Telephone, Skype, Face-Time or 1:1 discussion to understand whether Lewis Nutrition and weight management is for you. This is a free / no obligation discussion to understand a clients needs and requirements.

Weight Management Analysis AND Dietary plans

Includes an at length discussion, including full health history and detailed review of your current diet, lifestyle and exercise habits and individual goals.

Our unique diet and lifestyle questionnaire will be completed by the client to provide specific information regarding their current health, lifestyle and eating habits.

We will also ask our clients to complete a 5-7 day food diary, in which we will analyse in order to provide a bespoke, personalised plan tailored to our clients specific goals.

Follow Up Appointments

The follow up consultation is to review the progress made from the initial plan and to discuss any challenges or obstacles that you may have faced. If necessary, we can discuss and make adjustments, so that we continue to motivate you in reaching your goals.

Childhood Nutrition and Obesity Prevention

Good nutrition is critical to optimising each child’s potential for success. Decisions on an approach to a child / teenagers plan will be made in partnership with the child’s family and or carer. Each plan will be tailored to both family preference and circumstances. We, at Lewis nutrition and weight management incorporate a range of behavioural techniques to make the sessions fun and engaging for both child, parents and carer.

Sports and Performance Nutrition

Making informed decisions can result in improved performance, recovery and injury prevention. This package is aimed at both competitive athletes and recreational exercisers. After discussing our clients sporting goals, a bespoke and effective nutritional plan will be devised. The sports and performance package will include a pre, during and post event nutrition plan and also a hydration and refuelling strategy, all of which are bespoke and tailored to our client’s specific events and goal.

Individual and family meal plans

To include an analysis of current individual and family diet, including a 7 day food diary to complete. Analysis and explanation regarding the outcome of the evaluation, a 7 day menu plan including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Recipies and macro nutrient (carbohydrate, Protein and Fat) analysis. Each plan can be personalised to suit individual family member requirements.

FAQs about our services

Absolutely! All client information is kept 100% confidential in stored in password protected files.

Everybody is different. The changes will depend on your health goals and the program that we decide on together. Nutritional changes are not a quick fix. At Lewis Nutrition and Weight Management, we start with simple changes and will tweak our client’s programmes as their bodies begin to adapt.

Our initial consultation is focused on you, the individual. Prior to your consultation, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire and a Seven-day food diary. We may ask further questions, depending on what you have answered on the questionnaire. After this, we will analyse, discuss and present your results. We will then agree on your bespoke Nutritional program together.

We understand that thing change and that appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We do ask that you give 48 hours notice. If the cancellation is within 48 hours then the full fee will be payable.

Payment can be made via cash, cheque or bank transfer.
